Maintain existing and build new relationships with existing agents and brokers to promote and sell our insurance products.
Duties may include the following tasks:
- Develop a trusted relationship with brokers and relative stakeholders
- Acts as a the point of reference between the brokers / agents and the Head of Sales
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to brokers’ needs and objectives
- Prepare and communicate periodic reporting to management
- Develop ideas for projects and initiatives to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, which may be assigned from time to time.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and clientele
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on stakeholders’ needs
- Ability to manage multiple entities at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
