GlobalCapital p.l.c. (the “Company”)
announces that Mr. Ramon Mizzi of Elan, Triq il-Kejla, Ibragg
SWQ 2353 has been appointed President Insurance with immediate
effect.
Ramon Mizzi started his career in insurance twenty four years
ago, during which time he has held various senior executive
positions with a number of insurance operators in the Maltese
market. Mr. Mizzi is a Chartered Insurer and a legal procurator.
As President Insurance, he will be responsible for all the day
to day activities of the Group’s insurance operations.
Mr. Mizzi has not held office as a director in any other listed
company at any time in the previous five years. There is no
matter concerning Mr. Mizzi requiring disclosure under Listing
Rules 8.16.3 to 8.16.8. |
